When I was on sabbatical from my teaching job, my friend (and fellow painter) and I rented a studio and were able to focus entirely on our painting (and Crossfit!). It was an amazing six months. We headed out to the island for a few days looking for possibilities. We ended up one early morning at the end of the island, Aquinnah. The cliffs aren’t what they once were but they are still pretty incredible.
